Sell packages, add-ons, and upgrades without being pushy

A bigger basket on every booking, with suggestions that feel like good advice, not a sales script.

Good for
  • Spas and salons
  • Session packages
  • Aftercare products
  • Gyms and studios

Your best receptionist knows when to say “you know, the Glow Package includes both of those for less”. Most chats never get that moment, because nobody has time to type it. Your agent can do it every time, but only when it genuinely helps the client, and only once.

One well-timed suggestion

Customer: I’d like to book a facial and a manicure.

Agent: Of course. Just so you know, our Glow Package includes both, and it costs less than booking them separately. Would you like the package instead?

Customer: Yes, the package please.

Agent: Great choice. Let’s find a time for your Glow Package. I have Saturday at 2 pm or Sunday at 11 am.

  1. Upload your packages as Packages, with what each includes and its price, and your retail products as Inventory with prices and stock. See Upload your offers, inventory, or packages.
  2. Tell the agent when to mention a package in Additional Guidelines, for example “If a client picks services that are all included in a package that costs less, mention that package once with its price.” See Write your content, FAQs, and guidelines.
  3. Install Cross-sell for one matching add-on, such as an aftercare product, and set How many suggestions per chat and Max add-on price (% of main item).
  4. Install Up-sell for a better version of the same thing, such as a 90-minute massage instead of 60.
  5. Add photos of your packages and products to Photos so the agent can show them. See Add photos your agent can send.
  • Bookings for the package or upgraded service in the calendar, as the client chose.
  • The full conversation, so you can see which suggestions clients accept and adjust your packages.
  • Contact reasons on your dashboard, to spot which services clients ask about most and build packages around them. See Understand contact reasons, pain points, and sentiment.
  • The agent never opens with a suggestion. It waits until the client has chosen something.
  • It never invents a package, a discount, a percentage, or false urgency, and it does not raise a suggestion again after a “no”.
  • It suggests only items that are in stock in your inventory file. Upload the file again whenever prices or stock change.
  • These skills shape what the agent says; they do not take payment. Payment happens as you normally handle it, for example at the visit.
