Up-sell
What it does
Section titled “What it does”With Up-sell, your agent points out a better version of what the customer has already chosen: a bigger size, a higher tier, longer protection, or a better warranty. It explains the concrete difference and the real price from your inventory or packages, once, and respects the customer’s answer.
Good for
Section titled “Good for”Businesses that sell the same product or service in several sizes or tiers: car care, beauty and wellness, home services, and shops that do not sell on Salla.
What it needs
Section titled “What it needs”- Your products or packages in your knowledge base, uploaded as Inventory or Packages with their prices. See Upload your offers, inventory, or packages.
What your customers experience
Section titled “What your customers experience”Customer: I’d like the 1-year ceramic coating.
Agent: Good choice. We also have the 3-year ceramic coating for SAR 1,450, which lasts three times longer. Would you like that instead?
Customer: I’ll stay with the 1-year.
Agent: No problem, the 1-year coating it is.
What happens behind the scenes
Section titled “What happens behind the scenes”- Waits until the customer has chosen an item. It never opens with an upgrade.
- Looks up your inventory or packages for a better version of the same item, never a different, more expensive product.
- States the concrete difference and the real price, once.
If there is no better version, your agent says nothing about upgrades. If the customer declines, it does not raise it again. It never invents a discount or creates false urgency.

Install it
Section titled “Install it”-
Upload your products or packages to your knowledge base.

Go to Settings, then under AI click Skills, click +, and choose Up-sell in the Skill gallery.

Choose the number of suggestions, then click Install skill.

Tips and limits
Section titled “Tips and limits”- To suggest a complementary product instead, add Cross-sell.
- If you sell on Salla, use Salla · Up-sell, which reads your live store catalog.
