Ready-made templates that come with skills
You do not have to write every template yourself. Several skills come with a set of ready-made WhatsApp templates, written by tkana in Arabic and English and designed to pass Meta’s review. They power the skill’s automated messages, such as a booking confirmation or a ticket update.
What each skill includes
Section titled “What each skill includes”| Skill | Ready-made templates |
|---|---|
| Book appointments | Booking confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, and a reminder before the appointment. |
| Support tickets | Ticket received and ticket resolved. |
| Lead Qualification | An onboarding message for a lead who becomes a customer. |
| Salla notifications | Order confirmation and updates, shipping and delivery updates, abandoned cart, payment reminder and payment link, refund, back in stock, loyalty points, and review request. |
Each template comes as a pair, one Arabic and one English, and the customer receives the one in their language.
How they get to Meta
Section titled “How they get to Meta”- You install the skill. The skill’s templates are prepared for your account. See Install a skill from the gallery.
- You connect WhatsApp. tkana submits every prepared template to Meta from your WhatsApp Business account. If you installed the skill before connecting WhatsApp, the templates wait, and their status reads Pending connection until you connect.
- Meta reviews them. This usually takes minutes and can take up to 24 hours. Once approved, the skill’s automated messages start going out.
Nothing else is needed from you. If you connect a new WhatsApp number later, tkana submits them again to the new number.
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”Ready-made templates do not appear on Marketing > Templates, and they are not offered in the campaign template picker. They belong to their skill and are sent automatically when the event happens. To switch one on or off, reword it, or see Meta’s decision, go to Settings > Notifications. See Notification settings explained.
