The situation
Section titled “The situation”“Price?”, “Do you have it in beige?”, “Can I see a photo?” If you sell outside Salla, these questions probably fill your WhatsApp all day, and each answer means scrolling through your phone for the right picture. Your agent can answer from an inventory file you upload, send the matching photo from your library, and pass the customer to your team once they are ready to buy.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”What the conversation looks like
Section titled “What the conversation looks like”Customer: Do you have the linen abaya in beige? Can I see it?
Agent: Yes, the linen abaya is available in beige in sizes 54 and 56. Here is a photo. (sends the product photo)
Customer: Beautiful. I’d like size 56, delivered to Dammam.
Agent: Thank you. I’ve passed your order request for the beige linen abaya, size 56, to our team under request T-10622. They will contact you to confirm payment and delivery.
What you switch on
Section titled “What you switch on”- Upload your products as Inventory, one row per item, with prices and stock. Use the ready-made template. See Upload your offers, inventory, or packages.
- Upload your product photos to Photos, and fill in Name, Tags (comma-separated), and When to use for each, written the way a customer would ask. See Add photos your agent can send.
- Write how ordering works in your knowledge base: payment methods, delivery areas and fees, and return policy. Add a rule to Additional Guidelines such as “When a customer wants to buy, collect the item, size, quantity, and city, then open a ticket for the sales team.” See Write your content, FAQs, and guidelines.
- Check that Support tickets has a Support team email, so order requests reach your team.
- Optional: add Cross-sell or Up-sell. If customers often ask which size fits, add your size chart to your knowledge base.
What your team sees
Section titled “What your team sees”- Order requests as tickets, with the product, size, quantity, and city in the description, and the conversation linked. See Work tickets on the board and table.
- The customer record updated with their name and details by the Customer management skill.
- What customers ask for most, on your dashboard, to guide your restocking. See Understand contact reasons, pain points, and sentiment.
Tips and limits
Section titled “Tips and limits”- The agent only quotes what is in your inventory file. Upload the file again whenever prices or stock change; the new version replaces the old items.
- Hide photos you do not want sent (for example an old collection) instead of deleting them.
- The agent does not look at photos customers send, so it cannot identify a product from a customer’s screenshot. Ask customers to name the item or send the product link.
