Qualify every lead and alert your sales team to the hot ones
Your sales team stops chasing tyre-kickers and calls the people who are ready to buy, while they are still warm.
- B2B services and software
- Real estate
- Education and training
- High-value treatments
The situation
Section titled “The situation”Your ads and website bring in dozens of “I’m interested” messages. Some are serious buyers; many are students, competitors, or people who are not ready yet. Your sales team either wastes hours finding out, or answers too late and loses the good ones. Your agent can ask the qualifying questions straight away, around the clock, and pass on only the leads that match your definition.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Leads who are interested but not ready are not lost:
What the conversation looks like
Section titled “What the conversation looks like”Customer: Hello, I’m interested in your service for my company.
Agent: Welcome, happy to help. What does your company do, and what are you hoping to solve?
Customer: We are a chain of 8 pharmacies and want better customer service on WhatsApp.
Agent: Thank you, that’s helpful. When are you hoping to start?
Customer: Next month, ideally.
Agent: Great. One of our specialists will contact you shortly to go through the details.
What you switch on
Section titled “What you switch on”- Write your qualification criteria in plain language: what makes a lead hot, nurture, or unqualified. See Qualify leads automatically for examples.
- Install Lead Qualification, paste your Qualification criteria, enter a Sales alert email, and keep or rename the four stage tags.
- Add what sales needs to know to your knowledge base (your offer, who it suits, how the process works), so the agent can answer questions along the way.
- Optional: create a bookable “Call with sales” service and install Book appointments, so hot leads can pick a time straight away.
- Test with a hot, a nurture, and an unqualified example in Try your agent.
What your team sees
Section titled “What your team sees”- A high-priority ticket titled “Hot lead:” with the lead’s name and main need, a summary of which criteria they met, and a link to the conversation. Find them on the Tickets board of Pipeline.
- An email to your sales alert address for each hot lead.
- Stage tags on every contact in CRM, so you can filter by stage or build a smart group for a nurture campaign. See Organize customers with tags and groups.
- Contact details (name, email, company) kept up to date on the lead’s record.
Tips and limits
Section titled “Tips and limits”- The skill does not calculate a numeric score. If you want scoring, write it into your criteria, for example “one point each for budget, authority, need, and timing; three or more is hot”.
- The agent follows your criteria closely, so be specific: numbers and time frames work better than “serious buyers”.
- It never quotes prices or commits to terms unless your knowledge base allows it.
