Channels
Channels are where your AI agent talks to your customers. Every account starts with a chat widget for your website and a hosted chat page, and you can add your WhatsApp Business number and a Telegram bot. Conversations from every channel land in the same Conversations inbox, and for each channel you decide whether your agent replies or only observes.
