Manage your profile, password, and workspaces

Your personal settings live in the top bar of the portal, on the far side from the page title. From there you manage your own account, choose the language and look of the portal, and, if you belong to more than one business, move between workspaces.

Click your profile picture (or your initials) at the end of the top bar. The menu shows your name and email, with two options:

  • Manage account: your personal profile and sign-in settings.
  • Sign out: signs you out of the portal on this device.
  1. Open your profile menu and click Manage account.

  2. On the Profile tab, you can:

    • Change your name and profile picture.
    • Manage the email addresses and phone numbers on your account.
  3. Save each change in its own section, then close the window.

In Manage account, open the Security tab. Here you can:

  • Set or change your Password, if your account uses one. If you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, you may not need a password at all.
  • See the devices where you are signed in, and sign out of a device you do not recognize.

Open your profile menu and click Sign out. Sign out whenever you use a shared computer.

You can be a member of more than one business on tkana, for example if you manage two brands. Each business is its own workspace, with its own agent, customers, and conversations.

  • When you sign in: if you belong to more than one workspace, tkana shows Choose a workspace. Pick the one you want to open.
  • While you work: account owners see an organization switcher in the top bar. Click it and pick another workspace. The portal reloads with that workspace’s data.

Click the language button in the top bar. It shows عربي while the portal is in English, and EN while it is in Arabic. You stay on the same page.

The language you choose affects only your own view of the portal. It does not change the language your agent uses with customers.

Click the moon button in the top bar to switch to dark mode, and the sun button to switch back to light mode.
