Integrations let your agent work with the systems your business already runs on, and let your own tools work with tkana. Some you connect yourself from the portal, and some are set up with you by the tkana team.

Commerce

• Salla: install tkana from the Salla app store, and your agent knows your products and orders and serves customers on your WhatsApp number.

Booking

• Tamarran: for gyms and studios on Tamarran. Your agent books classes and memberships against your Tamarran schedule and opens tickets for support requests.

CRM and real estate

• Nuzul: for real estate developers and marketers on Nuzul. Your agent searches your projects and properties and captures interested customers as leads.

Build your own

• Your AI assistant (MCP): work on your tkana account from Claude and other AI assistants.
• The tkana API and webhooks: connect your website, CRM, helpdesk, or booking system to read and update your data, and receive events as they happen.
• Custom tools: connect your agent to any system that has an API, such as your order system or internal CRM.
